It has it's good points and it's bad points. Good points are that they have a good management staff that cares about making the residents happy. It's a very nice complex, and in very good shape. The floorplans are spacious and well taken care of. Also has nice ammenities, great pool area and fitness center. Bad points, are parking here is terrible. Don't count on getting a parking spot close to your apt if you come home after 8pm. Alot of the residents are students from the Art Institute of Charlotte. They're absolutely rude, loud, inconsiderate of everybody else around them. Also alot of the garbage around the property, alot of people just throw stuff off the balconies and sidewalks. Overall i feel it's a good community . Also the manager Mike seems very dedicated to making this a great place to live as well as making the residents happy. I recommend it.
