Courtney Ridge apt is such a bad place to live. Nothing is really special about this place. Yes, maybe one: the maintenance staff. If you intend to move in here, be careful with the lease term and the manager. Courtney Ridge Apt is closed to Tryon and Woodlawn, where crime rate is horrible and the traffic is bad. Many sex offenders are surrounded the apartment. Residence breaking in and car breaking happen frequently Bad guys are free to go in and out of this complex The manager would not do anything to fix the ongoing problem STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT MOVE OUT ASAP DO NOT TRUST THE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT
There are so many other better places to live. But not here at all.!!!

WHAT A LOSER
Whoever wrote this comment, he or she must not be a resident here or a former tenant. I did not like to live here at all. I hate myself that I wasted my time and my money for some junk apartment and rude people. This person must be so naive or so innocent that he or she did not have anything to talk about the management’s interaction.
The bottom line is
STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT
This forum is free for discussion and opinion. Resident and former tenant are the only one that can describe and express their concern.
For all readers, take this as your reference before signing your lease contract here. This forum is not for someone that "not accept responsibility" or for someone that trying to cover the shining lie

it is unfortunate that someone is trying to make a creditable argument, without proper use and knowledge of the english language. I wonder if the same lack of understanding is what is involved in the interaction with managment?
my boyfriend and I have lived at this community for 2 years. Let me mention, my boyfriend is a member of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department. When we first applied to move in,due to his employment we were eligible for preferred employee discounts. Now, if management does not like police presence, why would they encourage it by making it preferred?
management always has had an open door policy, to discuss any concerns that a resident may have. I have never once left their office with the impression this previous tenant has.
I am wondering if there is a legitimate complaint somewhere in this comment? perhaps this person was unaware that maid service is not included in the rental agreement, and that he would be financially responsible for whatever damages he did to the "carpet, oven cleaner, wall, ceiling..."
my apologies to all readers, this forum was meant to provide valuable feedback, not the misguided slander of a former tenant who will not accept responsibility for his actions.
