Crestmont at Ballantyne

2 years and still love it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   We have lived here for almost 2 years now and have had no problems. The staff has been very responsive and friendly and they always ask if there is anything they can do for us. It seems like they really want us to be happy here. I am surprised at so many negative reviews. I have never seen or heard of the negative things that many people claim go on here. Maintenance has always come to fix our problems within a few hours of our call and they do a great job. If I ask them to come in to fix one thing they don t leave until they have changed out light bulbs and tightened screws or any other little things that are needed. I would say there are a variety of people that live here but that is fine with me. I like that it is not a loud college complex and not a retirement complex either. We never have problems with enough parking spots and our neighbors are all respectful. We have friends that live in other complexes around I would pick Crestmont over all of them. I enjoy using the work out facility, tennis courts, and pool. The staff keeps the pool looking great even in the winter and there are plenty of chairs around the pool. My favorite part is that the lawns and flowers always look great and fit the style of Ballantyne. Also, we love the layout and quality of our apartment. We looked at tons of places in the south Charlotte area when we moved to Charlotte and I am very happy that we decided on Crestmont at Ballantyne! We will sign on for another year soon!
