Please Do not do this to your self From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   If you are willing to live in a circus then this is you best bet! here are some facts about this place: *The manager is never available until you complain to the corporate office. *The assistant manager is very rude. *The maintenance guys are very nice but very confused. Her are some of the problems that you might experience: * I had water pouring out of my bath room toilet ((POURING)) I called the office at 2:15 Pm on Friday. what so cold assistant manager told me I don't see a problem if you wait until Monday because there maintenance guys are not there on Friday after 2:00PM they leave early on Fridays!I told her the water will damage the bath room floor and might drop down to the downstairs neighbor she said just use the other bathroom you have! Sure enough when I told her I will call a plumber and bill her for it they showed up. *make sure when you pay your rent to take a receipt because they always loose your check. they will find it after you call the corporate office to complain about the charges! *if you need anything to be fixed you will most likely speak to each and everyone in the office . each one of them will tell you we have wrote it down and will send someone tomorrow to look at it. then thy will be a no show so you will have to call again over and over and it will go down to look for the unavailable manger and leave her a massage then you will end up leaving your work early one day so you can stop at the leasing office to listen to their excuses. *pool area is unrestricted. come over on Saturday or Sunday and sit with the big crowd 15 to 20 people on the east side of the pool half of them are not living in this community. Thanks the lord 2 more Month and I am out of here.
