You really should check the CMPD stats before you risk being robbed, broken into, or assualted at this property. Their website is cmpd.org, type in 4501 Central Ave., Charlotte, NC, 28205, to get the real deal on crime in the neighborhood. The management will lie to you and tell you that it is a safe place.

Hi dshanepi/jaydeeuu! I see you've gone anonymous on us. Does that mean you don't really mean what you're stating in your review? hmmmmmmmmmmm? According to his own profile, this tenant lived at the property for almost 8 years. If it was so terrible, why did they stick around for that long? This tenant has also tried several times to sue the management for different reasons and each one has been thrown out of court. Please keep that in mind when reading the bad reviews. As far as I can tell, all but one of them are from the same person.

Again, do not take my word for it. Just check with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department stats which do not lie! Go to cmpd.org and enter 4501 Central Ave., Charlotte, NC, 28205.
