Delta Crossing

RIP OFF From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   My husband and I stayed in Delta Crossing for a yr and a half. We had heard nasty rumors about the landlord taking deposits wrongfully. Well needless to say ours was taken wrongfully. We were charged 100 deposit and 50 dollar non refundable, which was to cover the pet treatment. Well all of a sudden it costs 125 to pet treat, well I was not charged that so I should get my money back. Also 2 blinds were broken so I left 2 brand new blinds in their boxes for them to put up. Well they charged me 25 bucks per blind even though I left 2 brand new ones there. If I would have put them up before we left it would have been ok. Not a place you want to live if you want to be stabbed in the back when you leave. I had 3 other neighbors moved out and similiar things happen to them. One ended up with a bill over 3000 dollars!!!! Dont chose Delta Crossing!!
