i'll let you decide From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Well, I just moved in and things have not been good since then. First, I wanted a place not on the ground floor. They made me pay 1/2 months rent to hold the apartment when I couldn't move in until the 30th. Then when I do get there, it looks like the apartment has not even been cleaned and I find cockroaches. I talked to the office staff about this and they said that they had no clue there was a cockroach problem.....there were RAID cockroach killers in every corner of the apartment....I don't know how they couldn't have noticed. Things were also put together very fast and are already breaking and falling apart. I lived here 5 days before I went on vacation. I left for 5 days and my boyfriend's car had the window smashed, all his CDs stolen, his faceplate was stolen, and they messed up his dash trying to steal the rest of the CD player. The office didn't even contact anyone about his car being broken into....the police weren't even called for 3 days. I have also been talking to other neighbors and they have told me about a girl in my building being beat up and someone next door being shot.....you decide.
