Well, the staff is good, they are friends, but when it comes to getting things done, they are not efficent. They make empty promises, and act as though you are bothering them when you ask for anything. The apartments are nothing to be shown on Lifestyles of the rich and famous because they are small, have nothing extra, and the walls are just a jester of privacy.
