I don't see why anyone could possibly stand to live here, I don't know what it's like in other parts of the complex but this building in particular has the loudest most obnoxious parties all hours of the night, even on sundays and weeknights. Who on earth needs a DJ sound system in an apartment''' It's only 1000 sq ft! The floors constantly shook and management doesn't do anything about it, they even live right across the hall from the problem renters. What's worse is that the noise starts up as soon as 3rd shift workers get home which happens to be when many of us like to continue sleeping! I got the heck out of there as soon as possible. Certain people have absolutely NO respect for others and think the world revolves around them. I understand that noise is typical in any apartment complex, but it shouldn't be this loud. I think Dominion has a lot of room to improve and that it has the potential to be a fantastic apartment complex. The layout of the apartment is great and the setting is nice except for dog poop everywhere, but some of the people here are JUST horrible! Management doesn't even evict problem renters, even after cops have been called to the apartment for noise complaints MANY times!
