Mallard Creek Apartments is the best place I ve ever lived at in Charlotte. Its located in North Charlotte, and close to everything. And I LOVE the fact that when coming or going from the Community you never have to do a U-turn! A little thing but so important.
The community was recently purchased by Steven D. Bell and Company and THEY ROCK!!!! They have renovated and upgraded the entire property, the office staff is great, my few work orders have been done that same day or the next, and they constantly have activities and games for us that live here with some nice prizes. Its is a great place to live, very relaxing, awesome landscaping with full grown trees through out the property.
Ole, and Mallard Creek is across the street from the Greenway, which is a 6 mile, maintained trail for walking, running, bike riding, and etc. I love the fact I can walk or ride my bike across the street and I m right there at the greenway.
I think anyone would be happy living here, I know my neighbor loves it here, she has lived at Mallard Creek for like 14 years. I think I might too!! ITS AWESOME!!

Wow, how obvious is it that an employee wrote this? I would berate you for posting such a blatant fake review from a "tenant", but this actually comes as no surprise. The management of Mallard Creek is so dishonest that it is actually a shock when they say something honest. Don't believe me? Their vacancies more than prove my point. Many tenants have thanked their stars when their leases have come up. I did and I am so happy I am finally out of that dump. Our building of 8 units had a turnaround of about 16 tenants in 1 year. Before I left, I took some pictures of the trash mounds that are a permanent fixture of the community. Once I get settled into my new place, I'll post them with their timestamps to show the glorious pile of crap that Mallard Creek calls "luxury". Do yourself a favor and check out any of the other complexes in a 5 mile radius of Mallard Creek. You'll find that the prices are pleasantly fair and a management company that actually gives a damn about their tenants. Final straw: The management company actually contracting a specific towing company so that they can start towing tenant vehicles so that the management can get a kickback from the towing company. People aren't that stupid...or at least I thought they wouldn't be, but the management of Mallard Creek Apartments never seem to be happy with just being clueless, they take moronic decisions and property management to a whole new level.
