Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001
 
It FLOODS, often. It's almost locally famous for doing so. The airconditioning is comprised of very noisy wall units for each room, like those found in older hotels. Dryer hook-up is in the kitchen with no vent and turns the apartment into a humid swamp. Washer hook-ups are in the already cramped bathroom.
