Have lived here for one month and I can understand the negatives, but come on folks, it's not Ballantyne. Many apts are getting totally renovated (mine was totally gutted and rebuilt before I moved in), so my problems have been kept to a minimum. Neighbors tend to be disrespectful and make too much noise and construction seems to be going on all the time. Was the cheapest 3 bedroom we could find in Charlotte that wasn't in a war zone. No problems so far with theft, drugs, etc.

What are you smokin that place sucks theres a police bike station on the property and theres been more crime since they moved in that tells you right there the cops dont want to be around the place i mean cmon

You haven't had those problems but in my year I had two lil thugs come up to me asking where is the weed! Give it time
