Doral is actually a rather nice complex to live in, contrary to many other people's beliefs. The apts. are super friendly, in all aspects. It's the most pet friendly apartment complex around (pets are allowed to visit in the office, for goodness sake!) The prices are incredible, even after investing in renters and flood insurance. It's worth it to live here. Great location, great prices, pet friendly, people friendly. And the managers in the office-- they are very understanding, helpful, and nice. Maintenance shows up or returns phone calls in less than 10 minutes- they do a great job, coming from personal experience. The grounds are kept in pretty good shape. We've lived here for over 2 months now, and we are very happy with the place. Our only complaint: the thinness of the walls between the upstairs and downstairs units. We can often hear our neighbor's TV and stereo, but turning on our ceiling fan and AC often does the trick of covering up our neighbor's noise. This place is great and my husband and I highly recommend it.

Don't beleive this person, he/she works there. Construction, safety, and manganement definitely are overrated!
