I don't know what ya'll are thinking. An apartment complex and it's managers are only as good as you want them to be. If all ya'll are gonna see is the negative stuff, then that's all that you are going to get. I moved to Doral in 2004, my first time out on my own and my first time in Charlotte. I went through a lot of hard stuff while I lived there and the managers worked very hard to help me in my situations and to make it easy for me to get everything I needed. I never need to call security, never needed to call maintenance, the grounds were always nicely kept and I never ever had a problem. In fact, I plan on moving back in July. It's true, this site is used mostly by people who get evicted, so don't be fooled by their negative expressions. Doral is a great place to be.
