There were many good poits but just as many bad points. I will bullet point it for you

Strengths
??Great Price
??Close to Uptown
??Washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave included
??Two pools
??Good parking
??Maintenance acts promptly

Weaknesses
??In the Hood (they need two security guards and are across from Greir Heights)
??Areas not really safe and secure (track area, complex by gym, construction, etc)
??Can hear every movement by neighbors if on bottom floor
??FLOODS, FLOODS, FLOODS (city will be buying out complex b/c of this)
??Pet friendly translates into lots of waste laying around
??Not well lit in areas (did not feel safe walking at night in certain areas)
??Overemphasized club house (on top of building under construction ?? looks bad)
??Overemphasized fitness room (hole in wall, bathrooms not kept up)
??Management is sketchy (talk about residents business in front of anyone ?? not professional)
??Water is always going out
??Electricity goes out
??Tennis courts are retro
??Gangs or thugs spray painted some complexes
