This is not an apartment complex that I would recommend to anyone. It has really been an experience for me in the short period of time I was a tenant. I called maintenance three times to complain about my air conditioning unit leaking water, (which because it took them so long to come and repair it, damaged the living room carpet behind the entertainment center and my childrens closet carpet and i had to have it shampooed myself) the dishwasher stopped working (which they never came to fix) and the drain for the washing machine needed to be unclogged so that water wouldn't back up onto the floor of the wash room (which they never fixed)Lord help! Won't fix anything, but Todd won't hesitate to call you early in the morning, on a Sunday morning, and late nights to ask for your rent payment.

On top of that, they came out with this new contract with "My Guys" towing which none of the tenants I spoke with knew about, there was no letter notifying me of this new thing, that states that if you park over the line it will be towed. If that is the case everybody's vehicle should have been towed. There is a sign at the entrance that says, "Any unauthorized vehicle" MY VEHICLE WAS AUTHORIZED...I LIVED THERE!! Therefore, they towed my car (MY ONLY MEANS OF TRANSPORATION TO WORK), because it was over the parking space line. #1 MY CAR had BROKEN down!! On Friday evening the belt on it had broken and my son couldn't get it in the parking space. (I was out of town at the time) #2 I had called the auto shop to have it towed on Monday morning to repair it. #3 they towed the car between Saturday night and early Sunday morning. When I called the office to inquire if they had seen it or anybody bothering it, Gloria didn't know anything about it. After calling the police and receiving a call 10 minutes later from them stating that the car was towed by my apartment complex. The towing fee was outrageous plus $25.00 each day in storage. It was already up to $225.00 when i got back in town on Monday. Lord help!! After going back and forth with the Towing Company and the leasing office, Per Gloria, Todd agreed to call the towing company to drop the towing charges for me to get my car back. When I called the towing company, they had not heard a word from Todd about it. So I called back and Gloria was going to get back to me. Todd called me the next day and told me that I would have to pay the full charges, because they had pictures of my car being too far over the line....HE NEVER SAW THE PICTURES EITHER!! He said I should have asked to see pictures...ummm duh!! how was i supposed to get there when they had my car and i had no one to take me all the way to Matthews where they towed the car. Lord help!! There was alot more, but get angry everytime I think about it. Gloria, you are a sweetheart(she even offered to give me a ride to work)....Todd they need to get rid of!!

Nevertheless, it was a major set back. It will be alot better if they made some major changes in the office management....
