The electricity bill during the summer is a joke. The apartment never gets cooled and your bill will run no less than $150 a month. Be sure if you move here you ask if the carpet's been replaced or just clean. We have all these stains that have started showing up from nowhere. I believe our carpet was only cleaned before we moved in and the pads underneath still hold the stains and dirt, which surface after you walk on it for a while. My husband and I are the only two that live there. We don't have children or pets. When I asked an office personal she admitted Eastlake would clean before replacing if they can. My husband's ladder was also stolen off of his work truck. It's not a "bad" place to live.
