I guess its too late for a really useful review as these apts are converting to condos. I'm one of the last "tenants" in this joint...everyone else had to go if they didnt buy a condo when thier apt lease expired. My time here was very good, all things considered...

Eastover/Elizabeth whatever the f**k you call it...its a very nice neighboorhood with tree lined streets and plenty of milfs to gawk at as they jog about. Bouncey Bouncey. The community is also full of goodie-goodie Carolina grads that don't appreciate hard rock or hard drinking. If you like wine and cheese, with a little Counting Crows on the side then this neighborhood is for you.

Anywhoo, if you are considering buying a townhome/condo here i must warn you that the buildings are kind of old and falling apart. The fact that there are hardwood floors doesnt make up for the fact that the damn things are SAGGING (on 2 and 3). MY roof leaks like a motherf**ker and they havent done shiza to repair it.

Managements only other problem is that its after Memorial Day and they still havent opened the F*@KIN' POOL. Come on, daddy needs a tan so he can whoo-hoo the ladies at the nightclubs in Uptown.

So on a scale of 1 to 14, 1 being a slum and 14 being that place where Paris Hilton films her s*x videos, I give this community a 9.8.
