Apartments are very expensive for Charlotte. The management is not very responsive to tenets needs, especially after you have signed the contract. Management is also immature and does not address problems to specific tenents, but sends out blanket statements and flyers. Definetly not pet friendly althought they allow pets. Be careful of living on the new phase side, you have to put your garbage in your car and drive it 1/2 mile to the other side to throw it out (good luck). Very noisy on the weekends nights and always have garbage (beer bottles and cans) scattered around the property on Monday morning from the partiers (no garbage cans on the property).
