Well, the review writing instructions won?t come up, so I hope I?m doing this right! I haven?t had any problems that weren?t dealt with. Monday morning might find a few too many beer bottles on the grass, but they?re gone by Monday afternoon. The most irksome thing has been dealing with garbage, actually. The dumpsters can get really full by the end of the day on Sunday, but that?s partly because there are so many people moving in that they?re full of boxes. The noise level, at least in the new phase, is surprisingly low. My upstairs neighbors have two large dogs who run and play quite often, but I rarely hear them. One caveat: If you have a dog, expect to be bugged about "pooper scooping," and expect these admonitions to continue until all dog owners on the property realize they really do have to clean up (which hasn't happened yet).
