Eastover Ridge ia a great place to live especially if you are new to the Charlotte area. Everyone is so nice and goes out of their way to be friendly. The monthly parties are a great way to meet new people and make new friends. The grounds are very well landscaped and always kept clean. The maintenance staff is very timely and the management always tries to be very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend Eastover Ridge to everyone.
