Noise is a serious problem here. It is okay and fun to have parties. However, not at 2-5 am in the morning and this happens every week. There's screaming and loud music. There's no way you would be able to sleep at night here. The rent here is relatively high. Would you be willing to pay a premium for a place you would not be able to sleep'

Eastover Ridge is pet friendly and allows pet which is nice. However, there are also a lot of irresponsible pet owners who do not clean up after their pets. You will be lucky if you're walking on the grass and not stepping on something.

This complex has security gates which are left open most of the time anyway. However, in general it is safe.

If the above three problems are not factors you consider in apartments then this would be a great place for you. Just make sure you are willing to pay a premium for a place where you would not be able to sleep.

I've lived there since Jan. 2005 (it's July now) and have to agree with everything this person said. The first w/e there (I'm in corporate housing) I had to live in the units by the woods. The party that took place on Sat. night was louder than anything I've ever heard. I used earplugs and that still didn't drown out the "throw-down" that was taking place in the grass down below (they had to be very drunk). I also am a "responsible" pet owner and agree about people not picking up after their animals. The little pet-walk area is like a mine field. I went once and would never return. Since I don't pay for the rent (my company picks up the check) I haven't tried to move but I am ready! Oh yes, the stairs are made of wood - very noisy.
