This was my first apartment after graduating college and initially, I thought I was living in luxury! Upon living there a few weeks, I began to discover the pros and cons. I do love the windows and large patio and my apartment is filled with sunlight. The complex is well lit and has a safe feeling. The landscaping is well maintained and very pretty. Overall, it is good but I am ready for something newer! Rules arent strictly enforced, so there are a lot of misuse of the property by tenants; doors to common property kept unlocked (any outsider can get in), late night parties with loud blasting music (impossible to have a nice quite atmosphere at night), no car parking enforcement (I cant even park my car in front of my place). So if you are going to be away most of the time, then you will enjoy this nice beautiful complex, but if you are going to live here, be sure to put this in consideration (something you wont know when you come to visit during the day time).
