I have lived in Eastover since I moved here two years ago from Portland, ME. I moved here with three friends and did not know anyone. We have all had an excellent experience and will not move out of Eastover until we are ready to buy homes. The staff is unbelievably friendly and accomodating. The environment is quiet when it needs to be and rowdy when you want it to be. The amenities are well-maintained and very accessible. If you are moving out of college or a few years removed, I would highly recommend Eastover. All the friends I have made have come from hanging out at the pool, or walking my dog in the dog park, playing basketball down at the gym, and just being around friendly people.
