Eastover offers many amenities for the price and is located in an ideal area. Close to downtown and Southpark. They even have an indoor basketball court! Residents are friendy and Colleen and her staff are top-notch. I lived here for a year and a half and made many friends. I would definitely recommend Eastover. Noise is hardly a problem unless you prefer to live your life as a shut-in. For those who are complaining about the gates: Other cars entering open gates happens in EVERY gated apartment complex. The only way to combat this issue is to post an expensive security guard.
