True Story: I've been in charlotte for over two years and a friend of mine is moving to the area. From my experience and experiences from friends, Eastover Ridge is the #1 place I recommended him to look at. What sets Eastover ridge from other places is that everyone I met there was in the exact same boat as I. New to the city but extremely social and looking to have a good time. Eastover has monthly socials, basketball courts that always have games going on, and a great pool. The price is the best considering what you pay elsewhere for less amenitities and the facilities are great.
