I found the staff at Eastover Ridge to be incredibly rude. One moment they are your pal and then the next they leave you some ridiculous notice about something you have no knowledge of or particpation in. The staff at ER needs to be more professional, the community is not secure and I would not recommend this as a cost effective, good living arrangement for anyone. This doesn't even begin to describe how they treated me when the tried to stick me with a HUGE move out bill with over the top charges for small repair items. Thumbs way down. When you break a lease contract in any business there are consequences. This is not personal it is a business. Friends should not ask you to subject yourself to termination from your job.

My daughter was hit with ridiculous charges also. including repainting when they told her it was ok to paint as long as it wasn't a dark color. Also they asked her to not cut off the electric and gas because they get hit with a reconnect charge. They assured her they would have the new tenent convert it to her name before moving in. She got hit with a $100 bill for the month after she moved. Eastover is now saying they won't pay her back. IF you are moving out, cut off the electric and gas and let them deal with the reconnect.
