There is certainly a huge noise problem here. If you want peace and quiet, Eastover definitely isn't the place to live.

It all depends on the building you're in. I think they tend to put the noisy people together. Phase 1 from what I've heard is a total circus, but Phase 2, at least my building, you can always hear a pin drop. Once in a while, I'll hear some noise from across the complex, but usually it sounds like it's coming from Phase 1.

I disagree with the statement "they tend to put the noisy people together". I am in Phase 1 and my roommate and I have complained a dozen times to the management about the noise. The management here does not do anything about it nor do they show that they care at all. The answer we got is that there is nothing they could do and we would have to call 911 for that. The management here is unprofessional and unfriendly. Beware.

We here in the office do everything possible to take care of any noise complaints. However, we are not in the office 24 hrs. and that is why we ask you to call 311 after 6pm.
