I am moving out of here mainly because they are raising the rent on the already pricey rent that I pay. The apts aren't too bad and they are big. However, like everyone else has said, it is very loud and noisey around the complex, especially around the pool. I too feel like the management staff totally overlooks this. Also, it is a gated community but the gates always seem to be broken. I personally think you can find just as nice a place for cheaper. The one positive to the complex is that it is pet friendly for dogs over 50lbs, which can be hard to find in Charlotte.
