Eastover used to be a nice place but in the last year management has gotten slack and surly. Whenever I have asked for help with neighbors noise and trash piles, the manager says she will take care of it but nothing ever happens. The place is noisy and frat house like. On a usual weekend, you will see trash and beer cans/bottles litter the grounds. Parking on weekends is a pain as well. Also, security cameras had to be installed due to the crime issues. Gates are left open to attract people to the pool and potential renters on weekends. So if you like noise, trash, and a bad attitude this is your place. There are better places in Charlotte. I'm moving out soon and have had enough.

totally agree... management needs to actually enforce some of their rules. we're paying way too much to have to trip over beer bottles in the parking lot, and deal with a shut-down pool because of the "drinking games and broken glass"... i thought i was done with high school.
