While Eastover Ridge is nice (my apartment is large with vaulted ceilings) it's a toss up as to whether it's worth it or not. The management team is very bad. They are notorious for saying one thing and doing another. I was offered in writing a specific lease term and then when I accepted one of the options they gave me I was told I couldn't have it anymore. Parking is also a nightmare. There are too many people and the spaces are narrow. It has also gotten very loud at night as of late and no one does anything about it.
