I moved into Eastover Ridge in April but first visited years ago when my friend had a house warming party. I really loved the pool behind the main clubhouse where we were hanging out and all of the friendly people. After graduating college, I came to check it out again. The office staff was really nice, helpful, and NOT pushy or fake like some of the others I considered. Also, they showed me several different apartments instead of just one model. Considering the location and the amenities, I feel like I am paying an acceptable amount of rent. I like the trash pick up at your door, friendly neighbors, happy hours, and yoga class. It is really convenient getting to work uptown and to the mall in Southpark. And Trader Joe's finally opened! Some of these other reviews seem pretty harsh, but of course only mad people usually give feedback. As long as you don't live at the phase I pool, it is not as much as a party atmosphere as these other people say.
