Expensive but very nice From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/10/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   We've enjoyed living here for the past year. No real problems to speak of. Everyone is friendly, the community is quiet, and it feels very safe. The only real con I can think of is that our upstairs neighbors walk very heavily, but luckily they keep the same hours we do. We pay a lot more than we ever though we'd pay for rent, but it's one of the only truly luxurious communities in Charlotte. Plus, you can't beat the location.
