We've enjoyed living here for the past year. No real problems to speak of. Everyone is friendly, the community is quiet, and it feels very safe.

The only real con I can think of is that our upstairs neighbors walk very heavily, but luckily they keep the same hours we do.

We pay a lot more than we ever though we'd pay for rent, but it's one of the only truly luxurious communities in Charlotte. Plus, you can't beat the location.
