TRASHY, NOISY, MAINTNANCE NIGHTMARE

THE LAKE HAS TRASH IN IT, IT IS A HAZARD TO THE GEESE AND TURTLES WHO SWIM THERE! THERE IS CONSTANT MUSIC BETWEEN 1-4 AM FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT..POLICE HARDLY RESPOND TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE NOISE...THE "RENEVATED APARTMENTS" ARE ONLY DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHERS BY THE NEW APPLIANCES..THE WALLS HAVE TONS OF PAINT DRIPS! PEELING PAINT AS WELL!CHEAP CARPET AND GETS DIRTY AFTER 5 MINUTES OF WALKING ON IT..THE FLOORS ARE SO CREAKY THAT MY DAUGHTER WAKES UP IF I WALK FROM MY BED TO TURN OFF MY BEDROOM LIGHT! KITCHEN FLOOR IS BOWED!!!!!!THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND ANIMAL CONTROL!!!!!!WHEN WE MOVED IN I SPENT 3 HOURS CLEANING AND DUSTING, THE FLOORS WERE STICKY!BROKEN BEER BOTTLES IN THE PLAYGROUND, MAINTNANCE REFUSES TO CLEAN IT SO TENANTS DO IT TO KEEP THEIR CHILDREN FROM CUTTING THEMSELVES, THIS PLACE IS A LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN!

This is ridiculous. Maybe when this review was written things were different but I have been here for a year now and there is definitely no glass in the playground. The grounds are kept up well, there is no trash in the lake, and as far as noise and music, the only time I ever here anything is on the weekend, and definitely not until 1 or 4am. My apartment is really nice, I moved in to a renovated unit with brand new carpet and floors, and no problems with dripping or chipping paint. For the size of my apartment and everything being brand new in it, I pay an awesome price compared to a lot of other places. Plus the property is beautiful and I'm 15 minutes from almost everything in Charlotte. I don't know what happened to this person but I love it here.
