I have had a good experience at Emerald Bay thus far. The hotel managers are horrible but i really love my town home. There are a few things that needed to be done but when i called they jumped right in and fixed the problem. I had a problem with the bathtub, the drain didn't let the water out and they came back within the day and fixed it. The maintenance man was very nice and fixed all that me and my fiance told him to fix. I don't know where the person lived that said that there was noise but it is quiet as a mouse where i live and i expected it to be noisy really , i was greatly surprised of the quiet, you will hear an occasional ice cream venders pushing their carts. the parking lot is sufficient although there could be a little more space 2 turn around, and if the neighbors could park like they were suppose that wouldn't be an issue. I do agree that i thought that i lived in charlotte not tiajuana lol, there are alot of damn -------- here lmao. The pet deposit id ridiculous too, 300 for a pet thats crazy!!!!! I did go visit one apartment that was infested with roaches, it had roach feces coming down a wall , in the closet , in the bathroom just all over, i argued, cursed and complained and now i have a cool townhome withit roaches, i suppose it depends on who was there b4 u, and who ur neighbors r.
