Ok Ok everyone always talks about the places that they live in as if everyone lives in the Ghetto. A ghetto is a state of mind!!! A home is what you make of it!! Its the fact that its affordable and for them to be older the managment and maintenance people work hard here to give us an afforable place to call home. They have rules some just choose not to follow them. Yeah we experience kids playing in buggies in the parking lots the want to be thugs hanging out but I can tell you I have lived here for over three years and since they sent a letter saying they were under a new management company this place has gotten better. I see them putting alot of the trifflin people out. The maintenance drive around picking them up all day long, the stores should be the ones coming to get them!! The people who let their kids play in them need to be more responsible. The manager Amanda is bomb!! They work with you if you are late, you still get stuck with the fees but hey if you pay what yoour supposed to they don't put you out as long as you talk to them and ytou do what your supposed to. For the price and convenience I would recommenned Forest Hills to anyone. I have recommennded them to two of my coworkers who also rented here.

Okay! I heard that this new manager Amanda just came into the block. You definately recommented this place even if is not the best area. Yeah right! You don't fool me.

Your review is full of crap! So the only reason you like this apartment is because they let you pay your rent late every month? The living conditions here are below average & thats a fact. You are one of the VERY FEW people that give a decent review.
