Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The staff are very racist. THey have rules that apply to certain ppl(black) and not others(spanish). Police officers are there to protect yet they harrass. The maint. here is awful. I mean my doors are falling off it took a 2 months to fix. Heating and cooling awful.
