Not a good place to live if you're not Hispanic. The insulation is awful, the windows leak heat & air, the managers are never to be found, you can hear everything from the people next door to horns blowing outside at 5:00 am. Maintenance is awful - they painted the inside of our toilet before we moved in to hide stains, the doors are poorly put in, you can see the patchwork from holes in the walls. We paid our down payment & security deposit, then we were told we couldn't move in for another week. Two days later they have a $99 move in special which they wouldn't give us even though we were not in the apartment yet. I wouldn't have moved in if my credit was better. I regret ever having lived here.

Forest Hills is a freakin' dump. I can't wait to move out of this lousy muthaphucka! All they do is patch and patch they do not repair. The insulation is terribe causing your energy bill to be sky high!. I'm Mexican and I am sick of all the --------! Lousy place for kids. Cheap rent and bus line are it's only ammenities.
