I lived here for six months, and I got out of my lease with absolutely no regrets. When I moved in, it seemed like a nice place to live...decent floor plan, large master suite, secluded area. But after a month, I had a dirty mexican spitting tequila over the railing, a crackhead hitting me up to buy his cell phone so he could "buy a birthday present for his lady," and then there were three armed robberies. To top it all off, the repo man came to my door at 2 a.m., and then returned at 4 a.m., and he was at the wrong freakin' apartment. I guess I should have taken the hint when I saw refurbished taxis being driven around by baby mamas...but hey, you live and you learn. I'm educating you right now...stay the heck away unless you want a little bit of the ghetto culture infiltrated into your life...without your consent. Oh, and don't forget about the management...they are as white trash as they come...you'll see them on the next Springer..."What Dropping Out of Elementary School Does For Your Life."

wow, some of the things I'm reading are really scaring me away from renting this place. like most have said the floor plan is great, but when there's a lack of management and control it makes you wonder how this place is surviving. I'm assuming no true screening is done in order to move her, which would be geat for me considering my fallen credit status but I wouldn't dare sacrafice my safety.
