Not even for Katrina victims! From: janicegrdn@.com Date posted: 3/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I was a tenant 2002-2004 and it wasn't the greatest of neighborhoods. However, it was cheaper than most in Charlotte and was close to my needs:drug store, school, bus line, store, and my family. The neighborhood went down, though. There were a lot of car thefts as well as robbery to the tennants from the property itself by way of inconsistency with the water bill. And management was highly unprofessional with the episodes suarrounding personal affairs and law enforcement. Glad I've moved on.
