My husband and I leased on February 2005 and we are still happy with the choice we made. It's peaceful, safe, and yes, there's some cig smell but I use a neutralizer spray. Haven't had problems with bugs. AND... Office Management as well as Maintenace Management have been extremely responsive and timely.

Again, we are very happy with the choice we have made.
