I have lived here for a little over two years- yes, I have had some problems in my apartment, they are OLD- but maintenance is great and always comes the same day I call. Where can you find a two bedroom apartment in South Park for $700 a month. The only place that comes close is Waterford Square and you should see their reviews (I was going to move there). I have lived in two different apartments here, and both had electric bills of about $100.00 a month, I even called Duke Power who said that can be NORMAL. So, if you dont want a $100.00 power bill, shut your lights off :)
All in all these apartmetns are old, they so dont expect brand new anything, but you do pay alot less for your apartment.

when i was there i had a two bedroom apartment and my bill was never that much. it was never more than $70
