The Hamptons at South Park is the most unprofessional place that I have ever dealt with. New owners came in and they want to charge you extra for everything. They will be nice in the beginning when you are trying to rent but after that, forget about it!

We are having a tougher time moving out then we had buying our house. They want you to give them almost 3 months notice when you are moving out or you have to pay past your lease. The apartment is ok at best and along with the office and chain of command that every time you call, they find something new to charge you with, it's not worth it at all! Anyone who is putting good reviews for this place is employed there-no doubt in my mind. Go across the street to Alexander Place if you like the area.

They say they are doing all this construction to it with a fitness and business center but all the other apartments already have it and you are just going to pay more to cover the costs of construction. And trust me our rent went from 699 to 850 with the new owners and the more construction they do, the more you will pay!!!

Please do not rent here! I would hate to be the guy that says "I told you so"!!!
