STAY AWAY!! Worst Renting Experience Ever

My girlfriend was renting an apartment at this location about a year ago and had the worst renting experience ever:
1. Poor construction â You can hear everything your neighbors are doing, I mean everythingâ
2. Rude staff that does not care about residence.
3. No background check on residences â one night we heard someone yelling for their life, we opened the door and there was a women crying and yelling for help. Turns out she was being aboused by her boyfriend (LOSER). We had to call the police on him. We reported it to the staff and they thanked us for reporting the issue.
However, the very next day he was back in the apartment. My girl friend no longer felt safe living next to this loser so she requested to change apartments. The staff did not help at all. We had to contact the corporate office for the leasing company before she was able to change apartments. Needless to say, the staff does not care who they let into the community!
4. Peeping Tom â Yes, you may have seen it on the local news. Make sure you donât get a lower level apartment unless you want to show off your goods.
Ask for the police report record for the last two years and you will see what I am talking about.
Let me note a few good points about the apartment:
1. Close to the Harris YMCA.
2. Nice area.
You have to weight the pluses and NEGATIVES and make the choice, but if I was a female I would not feel safe living here.
