This place is lousy. I am guessing that it was built somewhere in the early 80??s since that is the manufacturing date that is stamped on the microwave. Yes, the thing is 22 years old. It still has a turn dial to set how long you want to cook something. Since I have the dishwasher going, I can not hear the TV at all so I figured I would spend my time writing a review. The dishwasher is THAT loud. It looks like all the appliances are original?? circa mid 1980??s.

The roof is/was leaking so I brought the water and MOLD issue to the attention of the office. Sure, they addressed it the next day but all they did about the mold was to wipe away what could be seen around the door frame. We all know that there is much more under the molding, in the walls, on the studs, etc. I am afraid to point this out because I know that will not fix it the correct way. All they will do is rip off the molding and that will just release the mold into the apartment.

Luckily for me I will be moving out very soon. I can not believe they are charging $800 a month for this place.
