We have lived hear for about 18 months and in general have been very happy. The front office is very pleasant to deal with and the maintenance guys are nice and prompt as well. For the times we needed to call maintenace we were happy with their response and repairs.

Just be sure to check the actual apartment you are renting for the appliances. Microwaves, washers/dryers and dishwasher are quite dated. It took a while for us to adjust to the dryer without it baking and shrinking our clothes.

Dog friendly apartment complex and most of the dog owners are quite friendly. They do have quite a few doggie bags for you to take care of your dog's deposits. Unfortunately, not everyone does but that is not the fault of the apartment complex.

Unfortunately, this is also a smoker friendly complex. If you have allergies to smokle, try to get an apartment where you are surrounded by folks who don't smoke (but that can always change). We found we had the smoke from surrounding apartments sneak into our unit.

Regarding the crime, some of it is from relationships gone sour others it is from folks being stupid about what they leave in their car. We lived on a 1st floor apartment and never had a problem.

The pool area is open year round and this year they tried to put some rules around the pool (in terms of the type of suits that can be worn - no men showing off their rear end with suits down to their knees). However, music and cigarette smoke continue to be a challenge. They do have two gas grills which work adequate, but are slow cookers.
