I have been a here for 2 months and can honestly say the area is great. However, the apartment is champange taste with beer budget. LIMITED GATE ACCESS-means gate the front of the community but not the back of the community and Limited to times close....free access for those who follow you in. BEWARE IF LOOKING FOR TOP SECURITY. THIS IS NOT THE PENTAGON. Lots of patch work and overkill on painting and coverups. Much needed window work-shaky during windy times and condensation during the summer. Upon moving in we were missing door handles, dishwasher didn?t not work, painting over the fixtures--just plain cheesey. We have top floor 2 bedroom with vaulted ceilings. Really nice set up but needs TLC. Despite it all, it was the best buy at the time. Oh yeah, WATCH OUT FOR THE ADMINISTRATION FEE. $250 A MUST PAY. LET'S NOT FORGET ABOUT THAT SECURITY DEPOSIT. EXPENSIVE TO GET INTO, BUT SURPRISE WHEN YOU MOVE IN.
