Where do the managers go'

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
They cant seem to keep a manager. The previous manager was great. You could see her daily walking the property. Picking up trash and saying hello to all the residents. You could tell that she was really in-tune with the residents and the property. All comments are based on the time when the previous manager was in charge.
