First of all forget all the amenities they have listed. The pond is gross, the pools are poorly maintained, the tennis/basketball court is in shambles, and the "gated" community is usually not "gated". If you decide to stay get a third floor apt on the smaller side. The walls are thin, parking varies depending on your apartment location. The staff is friendly if they like you, but unprofessional all around. Maintenence (aint no!!!) is not Mr. Fix it. The most positive thing I can say is that the area where it is located is convienient to major highways and shopping.
