Pretty nice place.

We lived in this complex for 3 years and only moved because we wanted to get further away from the City of Charlotte. Our stay for those 3 years was pretty nice. The office staff was pretty good about helping us out from time to time no matter what are concerns were.
The apartments do have thin walls but they are spacious and laid out very nicely. I liked the idea of having your own entrance and they aren't the type of apartments that look like a motel hallway.
The pond is beautiful and we really enjoyed the geese and wildlife there. The natural setting was a pleasure to look at everyday. The rent is very comparable to elsewhere for the same footage. I do miss the office staff and the maintenance guys were terrific.
I would recommend this apartment complex to others. I lived on both sides of the complex but preferred the smaller side on Pierpoint Drive. You actually have more parking spaces and it's not so crowded on that side.
